· The DHP153A35AA comes with a compressor lockout feature. After the compressor cycles off, it will not restart for three minutes to prevent harm to the compressor.

Just installed unit. Went in smooth. Replacement for a 20 year old GE unit. Great price and delivery was easy.Hope it lasts 20 years! When buying PTAC be aware that many are not heat pumps. Heat cycle is resistance heat. Very inefficient. Read description carefully.
