- A: Sorry, this box doesn't come with the file folders but it comes with 5 tabs and inserts of the folders. If you want to buy them together, you could buy our upgraded model which includes 10 file filders.
- Q: If I receive the goods and find that the zipper is broken, or has other problems, can I replace it with a new file box?

These are great boxes that are stackable - just a few not super high. Very solid construction and zips with a Velcro flap all around. Two of these fit my files from a two drawer filing cabinet that is 30 inches deep. I have them full and can carry with no problem - sturdy handles. Excellent product- bought another today!!

Works as intended. A little bummed it did not come with the file folders as displayed on the picture however they do mention that they’re not included in the description (my fault for not reading) also, I wish the top which has the mesh compartments zipped, or had some sort of seal. Depending on what you put in there, you might find all that stuff will had fallen out the next time you open it! I have not tried setting this product on fire…

To keep personal files: Birth Certificate, Marriage license, passport, etc. This is a perfect size keeps items well organized and easy to find. Convenient shoulder strap and carry handle. Several compartments.

This product seemed to be made out of quality materials, is spacious inside, and the velcro around the top edges was very strong. The problem for me was trying to keep the velcro flaps up while locking and unlocking it. They kept falling down while I was trying to unlock the mechanism. Then when I was trying to lock it, they kept getting in the way again. In addition, it took a long time (and a lot of patience) to line up the zippers with the locking mechanism and manipulate the device to get it to lock. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this product, unless you have a lot of time on your hands and won't need to access the materials inside very often. Maybe it would be good for storing items you seldom need to access, like old tax documents or something. I decided to return this item though.

Great lock box. It is lightweight but holds quite a bit of items and is sturdy. I haven’t put it through any wear and tear so I can’t attest to that, but so far has been very useful!

Buen tamaño y con buenos acabados y muy resistente. Es compacto y le caben bastantes documentos de diferentes tamaños. Muy práctico tiene muy buena calidad y su seguridad es un buen complemento.

Un verdadero fraude, que puede costar muy caro como a mi.Tuve la desgracia de vivir una inundación en casa, el agua subió a 5 cm, motivo por el cual ni siquiera cubrÃa la mitad del archivero, y sin embargo todos mis documentos importantes fueron afectados por el agua.NO TE ARRIESGUES, lamentablemente no se me ocurrió hundirlo en una tina para corroborar calidad y la inundación fue después del plazo de garantia
