Exactly as advertised,the only problem I had our the 4 I ordered I had to re rivet 2 of them as the pivot pin was broken out of the box

When my neighbor's car caught fire, I brought my two small home extinguishers to help, but neither discharged. The fire captain told me that the small home models were only good for a year or two. Suggested that I get commercial grade, ten pound A-B-C extinguishers, and shake them about every 6 months to prevent chemical clotting.

When we received your four fire extinguisher's two of them did not work. So that left us with only two. We have written several times for replacements but did not receive nothing. Now today, we had a massive fire in our shop and the two fire extinguisher's that did work, were not fully charged. That lead the vehicle fire to get out of control due to your bad product. If it wasn't for our bosses quick actions on removing the vehicle that was on fire it would had been a total loss. We feel we should be fully refunded and a letter of apology would be nice.
