Dakota 4WD 1-2" Rear Suspension Lift U Bolts 4PCS 10" Extra Long OEM Material
American Automotive u bolts are manufactured for maximum clamp force and Made of cold drawn certified 1541 carbon steel OEM factory material with grade 8 hardware, American u bolts embody extreme strength and maintain OEM handling characteristics. These square u bolts are engineered to clamp 2.5 inch wide leaf springs and are 10 inch extra-long measured from the bottom of the bend to the bottom of the threads. American u-bolts provide an even distribution of pressure to protect against premature spring failure and unwanted movement. Allowances need to be made for all overloads and aftermarket leafs. T can be cut down to fit many applications.
FITMENT
- 1987-2004 Dodge Dakota 4WD
- Square bend to clamp 2.5" wide leaf springs
- 10" extra long measured from bottom of bend with a 9/16 Inch Thread Pitch
TECHNICAL NOTES
- Retighten U-bolts after the first 500 miles
- Minor settling from new or repaired springs can cause a reduction in clamp force
- Make sure you have a 2.5" axle because they do come in different widths

They are much longer than I needed on my 88 dakota, I did not cut them off because I might put lift blocks on the rear now.
