I bought an american standard toilet and installed it at my mother in laws house. This hardware was so easy to use. Usually the metal posts like to slide off the drain flange - but this kit has some nuts that hold the posts in place. Then instead of needing an open end wrench to tight the toilet down, you have nuts that are knobs to tighten by hand. This also prevents over tightening that leads to damage and/or leaks.So impress I was, that I went out an bought this kit for my toilet at home (It needs a seal replaced). So much easier and no rusty nuts to deal with.

I am in my 4th home that I have owned and have installed probably 20 or so toilets by either replacement or just working around the bathroom and needing access and this bolt set is fantastic.When you put the bolt in the slot then spin down the collar that holds the bolt in place it keeps the bolts in place when putting the toilet in place. then you spin the plastic nut down on the bolt and the bolt cap snaps down onto the plastic nut. No cutting required.Great product

Expensive but they come with T-nuts and hold the bolts in place and the caps are secure. Won't use another style again. Expensive but top-notch

This item is only the white caps and white wing nuts. There are no mounting bolts included. Also the wing nuts are threaded for standard toilet flange mounting bolts.

They worked as they were meant to. Great replacement part because the ones that came with new toilet seat were too small so these were better and easier to use.

This hardware kit came with an American Standard toilet that I bought last year. I was so impressed with the stability that I ordered a second kit for my wobbly downstairs toilet that won’t stabilize with the standard store hardware. I would recommend this hardware kit for any new toilet bowl install or after a wax ring re-install.

Perfect fit and secure. No loose caps here. So much better than the caps that came with the toilet that never snapped into place and were loose.

I’m at plumber a 13 years of experience. These are the best! I love securing the bolts down to the flange even if the flange is high.
