Perfect for my new Cerwin Vega. Matches my 2013 Honda Accord in Modern Steel dark gray color, so if you're worrying about color-matching, dark interiors like the dark gray in mine look spot on, black won't match perfectly, but it will match, if this helps. Wrapped my box up and had extra pieces too. I have a 10 inch sub.

The quality and thickness are nice but 3 stars only because the color I received was black not dark gray.
