We completed assembly of the chairs, but have not used them as it is winter now. The chairs stack nicely. The assembly was time consuming but not a problem if there are 2 people who have skills doing this type of activity. There was one hole not completely punched through, luckily we had the proper tool to resolve this. The chairs are sturdy and very attractive. They were more robust than I expected. The color is perfect. I am happy with the purchase.

These chairs are the hardest assembly I have ever bought on Amazon not only did it take numerous tries to attempt and still failed to get them put together. All of the bolts strip and parts do not fit together properly rendering it next to impossible believe all the bad reviews that you see on this product and when I contacted the seller for a refund, he repeatedly just told me over and over again that I was doing it wrong and I need to try it a different way insulting my Intelligence, not only is this a For $200 but the customer service side of it is terrible as well. The only reason it got one star because the tables is actually pretty decent and easy to put together

I read some frustrated reviews and wanted to give these chairs a try anyway because I like fabric to sit on rather than a pillow when outside and the color matches my outdoor glass table. Also, price.Once put together, these chairs are very sturdy. Once you stretch the fabric by tightening 4 corners, the fabric is tight. Any wrinkles will flatten if put in sun for a day. So Im happy with the final product.HOWEVER. My husband and I have put a LOT of furniture together and assembling these chairs is very wonky and fiddly. So:**You need 2 people. 2 hands are not enough to stabilize parts and screw things together at the same time.**Get an Allen wrench bit for your drill rather than using the enclosed Allen wrench if you want to save your wrists. A few of the Allen screws had evidence of stripping, we think an attempt was made and chairs returned. If these chairs are returned, they should put fresh screws in the packaging.**1 chair wouldnt put together at ALL on one side of the chair. We removed the rest of the screws and found putting them on diagonally was better than doing the back then the front. Otherwise, some of the screws won't "catch" and will spin until you feel insane.**When looking at the plan, if screwing together the base then top part happens as it should, you should get the chairs done in an hour. Didn't happen for us, though. The screw alignments aren't always straight and we had to remove screws and try different ways until it worked. It took 2.5 hours for us to make them. So you'll need patience.We almost sent these back but eventually figured it out. Nice chairs, terrible assembling. So minus a star.

I find these chairs to be as described. They are sturdier than the ones I purchased previously at the big box store. My only thought to advise future buyers of these chairs is not in the way they look when finished its in the process of putting them together. The video that you watch online is informative especially mentioning leaving the nuts loose on the bolts but the video is shot from so far away you cannot see any detail in what the assembler is doing. Also, you will need a quality Allan wrench and wrench or socket that fits the nut and the bolt as the ones that come with this will make it extremely difficult to assemble the chairs using them. The seller is very communicative and willing to work with you, therefore, I would highly recommend these chairs and this seller as I am well pleased with them.

I gave a 3 star review only because 1 of the chairs was not made up to standard with the other 3. The upper back material sags, has wrinkles, does not have a tight fit. No adjustment can be made. Apparently an assembly issue. The other 3 are very nice looking. Disappointed with the one.

I consider myself very good at putting furniture together. So when I saw this I thought it looked very easy. Instructions said 6 steps! Ha! Screws and bolts not fitting in the holes. Holes were different sizes. Followed the instructions perfectly. Very cheap. Returned it and bought another set much easier to put together . Not from Amazon . Very disappointed with Amazon. And it was not easy to put all the pieces back and take to store to return.Don’t buy!

The directions for assembly are pretty good, but I am doing them a chair every few days. I've completed 2 at this point. Tightening the final screw it really hard! Unfortunately, the provided allen wrench had rounded off with the 1st chair and I had to buy a new set before starting the second chair. If only they used screws so I could use my drill to do the final tightenting.

Beware Buyer! Do not waste your money on these cheaply made products, not worth the price that you pay for them. They ship to you damaged items. I have contacted them and have not heard a word back from them. They take your hard earned money and you never hear back from them. You can buy these same chairs at Rona’s for $20.00 each, so I could have gotten 2 and more chairs for what they charged me! Ridiculous! I guess this is one of those companies they warn you about and to avoid! GInet Vachon
