The paper on the "Earthwise" Ampad flip chart is of very low quality and is porous with even the most "non-porus" marking pens. The bleed-through makes it impossible to use every page and with some permanent markers you must skip several pages to find a clean sheet. If you are an educator, professional facilitator or consultant who uses flip charts as "tools of your trade" this is not a good choice for you.

I was looking for a couple affordable easel pads since they are usually way overpriced to just be used in my classroom. These were in the perfect price range. The are of good quality, no bleed through. i use Mr. Sketch markers on them which does make a big difference in limiting any bleed through to the next page. Highly recommended for the classroom.

The paper quality was better than I expected. It was thicker and did not bleed as much as other paper I've used. I see what others say about flimsy backing, but if you handle it carefully you won't have issues. I always tear off a piece at a time and use on the white board, so I've never needed to stand it up. If you try to stand it up, I'm sure you'll have the problems that others talk about. Overall, it's great paper for the price.

The review title says it all, actually. The paper is fine. I accidentally ordered it with lines, and although I was initially disappointed, they turned out to be very helpful in writing straight and organized on such a big pad. The lines are pretty close to invisible to your audience, so go for the lines, is my advice. The backing cardboard to the pad is very flimsy, which is a disadvantage to such a heavy and large pad of paper, inadequately supporting the edges from getting dog-eared, etc.The mailing package was even flimsier and arrived filthy, torn up and ragged. Since one really does need to transport these pads in a protective cardboard cover, it is a major disadvantage that the packaging can't serve that purpose, as there is no other covering cardboard included.

It's not a good quality at all. It's a rip off. The card board behind the pad is so loose that it don't even stay straight. I recommend don't buy this. Cheap cheap quality.

This product is great-especially with the ruled lines for organiztion. We use it for business meetings on our easel stand with dry erase or permanent markers. Prefer ruled over non ruled. The backing is a bit flimsy and the packaging was okay (one corner was damaged) but still great.

I didn't pay close enough atention to the size of the easel I purchased as related to these pads I purchased. But I can still use them.
