Installed this valve on my 1992 Jeep Yj 2.5l 4 cyl. Ended up installing on the sending fuel line , because my Jeep has a start up issue with the check valve in the fuel pump. Pretty sure it went bad , so this is a great alternative got some 5/16 fuel line and hose clamps to finish the job and my Jeep starts up fast and easy every time now, no issues starting. It would have a long crank time after driving around for a while and would stall or take a lot of time to start back up. I replaced everything you could think of and sure enough it was the valve in the fuel pump, instead of dropping it I used this instead. Works great ! I would highly Recommend this for any ones car or Jeep that has the same issue as mine. Saved me a lot of money and time, and you can even look up a DIY on YouTube, just type in Jeep Yj fuel line check valve. Hope this helps !

The check valve works well for several months but then starts to leak the water back thru the valve after the condensate pump shuts off. This allows the water to drain out of the tubing and back into the condensate pump.

We have a dehumidfier draining into a small pump for the basement. It was running too much, so adding this in line prevented water from dumping right back into the tank. Hopefully it lasts because it works great right now!

I bought this and installed in the fuel line as close to the fuel tank as I could. It was a perfect fix for the check valve leaking in my YJ fuel pump inside the tank. It would crank awhile until the fuel primed the lines after it sat awhile. I installed this valve in and it cranks right up everytime now.

1st one leaked down under a vacuum. returning it and ordering another one.UPDATE; The other ones leaked down under a vacuum when dry. i vacuumed up some diesel in one and then it held a vacuum with diesel in it for over 24 hours. They don't hold a vacuum when dry. I'm using one inline to stop diesel bleed down to an injection pump.
