I used these rubber bands for my dreads to anchor in the dreads, and they are so similar in color for my use that I was very pleased. They are made of rubber so they may pull on the hair if twisted funny.

I had previously bought rubber bands that would pop at random times. My hair would be all over the place. Embarrassing.....They would look like bugs in the bed because they would pop in my hair at night.Well these rubber bands are great. I can use one rubber band for about five days before it gives way. The "stretch" is a little restrictive and that would be my only con. But other than that, the price is worth it and the product is worth the buy. I also like the fact that they come in a small jar to keep them contained. I will order more when I need more. I hope this review helps.
