This desk chair mat does what it’s supposed to for sure! Took awhile to flatten fully but it’s thick and was rolled tight for transport so I’m not surprised. Would buy again, but maybe a bit larger.

I like the quality of strength of the material, but it is closer to hard plastic than a strong rubber mat. I don't see any other easy it could have been shipped, but the material isn't ideal for shipping like this. For 90 bucks, I shouldn't have to spend 2 hours flattening this mat with a heat gun (that I was fortunate to have on hand).Otherwise, now that it is flat, I am pleased with the product.

So far so good! I bought 2 of these to line an L shaped area in my dining room where my new puppy's playpen and crate are. She was digging up and chewing the fabric pee pads and plastic sheeting. These are thick enough that she can't chew and tear them and it's easy to wipe up accidents. These got delivered to NJ in January... one of our coldest January's in recent years. It took no time at all with my hair dryer to get them unrolled and completely flat. I anchored one end under my stupid heavy coffee table while I used the hair dryer and unrolled. It was a lot easier and went a lot faster than I thought it would.

This is total crap! Took forever to straighten out and had to use heat. been down for 3+ weeks and still is not flat. Chair still wont roll over smoothly and the plastic is too thin for rug.I usually don't complain but buyer beware, this is a trap. Go to Office Max or whatever and buy the the better one so your not disappointed. Now I'm stuck with this junk and out money, cant roll it to send back. Thanks Amazon!

The plastic is cheap and becomes indented after just a little use. Makes it difficult to roll the chair. Get a glass one if you have carpet

I'm using it on a low to medium pile throw rug over hard wood. It's been in use for a full week after sitting on the floor in front of my fireplace for two nights with eight 5gallon water bottles pinning it to the carpet. I'd rate this as very difficult to get it to flatten out.It still has wrinkles throughout, it's nowhere near a flat and sturdy surface to roll on. My chair gets stuck in it after sitting for a couple of hours and it's clear to me that this floor mat is far too soft to be useful. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. See the image for an example of the wrinkles - they repeat every 8" or so for the length of the mat.I'm going to return it as I dont think it will hold up to more than a couple months of use before completely ripping or cracking. Really disappointed.
