I've wanted some of these for a long time so that I could make a set of remote jumper cables. They worked perfectly!

I have a 30A charger that came with 50A Anderson connectors like these. The charger included a loose cable with charging clamps (see photo). I used two of these connectors to make a charging cable for permanently connecting to a DIY LifePO4 battery. I used a hydraulic crimper for connecting the terminals to wires, but I think soldering would have been just as easy. This connector kit included long screws for attaching a handle to the connector, but the handle itself was not included. Having a handle on the connector is very useful for disconnecting. Luckily, I have a 3D printer and will be printing some handles for these plugs.Overall, these connectors look to be of decent quality and work well. But there’s really not much difference between these and other brand Anderson connectors I’ve used in the past.

First attempt of trying to use and crimping, the ends split. Maybe the wire awg I was using was too small? Either way, chose to go a different route as i couldn’t risk it

I thought I was buying the "standard" size anderson powerpole plugs, but the pictures for the 50A are the same for the 175A and I didn't realize that the 175A are GIGANTIC plugs that aren't compatible with any of the ones I have. Also, be careful.. if you have the grey ones, these red ones won't fit with them. The center part is slightly wider and they won't fit together. There is another review with pictures (sorry I didn't take any) but scroll through the photos and you'll see what I mean. And be sure you don't buy the 175A ones on accident. I'm keeping them in case I need them for some other project, but the listing isn't clear about just how giant they are.

Got these to build two sets of connector cables for my portable compressor kit. I have a portable ARB compressor kit that I assembled so that I can use them between two of my trucks. I built two connector cables that have eyelet connectors that connect to my trucks batteries and have the Anderson connector on the other end. Then that can quickly connect to my portable compressor kit. These connectors are solid and work well for my purposes.Value: At $11 at the time of review, this is a great deal.
