I get called to program car keys a lot and of course the vehicle is dead as a doornail. You have to mess around and get the cables out and all that. This makes it quick and painless! Just plug it in and hook their car up. I'm super excited!

This didn't quite fit my battery pack. It is extremely close, and it could probably be whittled to fit, but I won't be doing that. Apparently my pack uses a proprietary interface; there is no info on it that I have found. It looked the same in the picture on the product page.Long story short, I was hoping to gently bring another pack closer to the same voltage using these. A battery cartridge from a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) that would more safely (and much more easily) be gently brought up to voltage using another UPS. The UPS company does not sell cables or provide information about them that I could find. The clamps themselves are well enough. 10-gauge wire is typically rated for 30 amps, and at about 3 feet long, this should be fine. That's assuming there is not a lot of other wire in between the power draw and source. I have nothing to test an Anderson connector with, so I cannot so much as hook something up and feel if it gets warm. The wire could be more flexible. I'm guessing the strand count isn't very high. That's probably fine for their purpose, and it's fine for what I did: I used an old connector and spliced it inline. The Anderson connector had no visible method of disassembly, nor did the connector of my UPS. No big deal. The UPS cables are extremely short, and I wanted something longer anyway. This works well for my purposes.Pros:*Clamps fit top posts of standard 12V batteries (either post) and clamp on quite well.*Clamps teeth made of copper and well insulated. Insulation is quite flexible if one needs to adjust it.*Small strip of heat-shrink in place midway. I like that approach compared to a full double insulated jacket. Can easily hang these via something between the wires.Cons:*Can't comment much here, as apparently I have nothing to take an Anderson connection. They don't fit my UPS?I didn't really care for the 10 AWG wire and 50 A clamps in the product description. Some might piggyback these inline with an extended amount of wire, pushing the limits of the 10 AWG, which isn't hard to do past 3 feet. Maybe 10 feet or so (total). Seen it too many times not to mention it, especially as these so conveniently fit a car/truck battery.I took another look at the product page. These appear to be a bargain, and the set I received is high quality and working well. With the various photos, including a forklift and ball car, I suppose I just assumed a UPS would be compatible too, especially as ball cars and some forklifts are 48 volts like my UPS. Ah well. Good product, though.

I needed this exact type of cable for quick charging of a 20Ah LiFePO4 battery with my 10Ah Lithium charger. It fit the bill perfectly and works as expected!

I got these for connecting a trolling motor to a car battery on my fishing kayak. I used to take the time to tighten the bolts on traditional connectors, but now I simply clamp them on the terminals and go! I also have an Anderson clip on the wires of my motor so I can connect them quickly without having to run wires anywhere. I have not had any issues with them slipping off when I'm on the water and it provides good conduction.
