This company has some of the best customer service I've ever seen on Amazon. That goes without mentioning the versatility and usefulness of their Magsafe phone mounts. I've never been a fan of pop sockets and other similar small phone stands, but this one compresses flatly on the back of your phone and does provide both a stand for your phone as well as a grip for your fingers while holding it. But my favorite feature is the Dual sided magnet that allows it to conveniently stick to something magnetic like a refrigerator or a piece of gym equipment Etc. That greatly enhances the efficiency of my work using my phone for Content creation while also needing to set it down while I perform other tasks.For a closer look at the customer service, I have a bit of a backstory. I used to own an Andobil phone grip and unfortunately lost it. When I bought a replacement it wasn't quite the same. The back ring was a little bit misaligned and had a loud squeak when pulling it and, eventually, it lost its resistance, becoming essentially floppy. However, the company was kind enough to send me another one for free, but it too had the same issues.They were understanding and interested in learning more about the issue so I was able to communicate the specific issues that occurred with it. They finally also sent me a third replacement in a different color after finding that there was an issue with their black models. To this day the third replacement doesn't have any of those issues and works just as my first one did and I am very thankful to Andobil for sending me the replacements, free of cost, truly investigating and improving their products based on my feedback, as well as reminding me of their extended warranty that still applies on my original purchase. Customer service like that is top notch and when you have a product that's already great how could I give anything less than a five-star review? I highly recommend Adobil products, and look forward to see what improvements and innovative products they continue to make. Pictured is their final replacement in a dark silver metal. I was worried it would look too light on my black iPhone 14 Pro, but it integrates seamlessly with the matte black glass backing, especailly with a clear shiny phone case. It looks and feels awesome!

I’m a be in particular about phone magnets. It needs to be strong! This magnet has not come off—in fact, I have to fight it to take it off. And the hoop inside hasn’t come loose yet—I hate it when that happens I bought it about one month ago, and is still has tight and strong as day one. I really like the soft gold and dark brown colors

I’ve been using this product since it arrived, and unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. Without dropping it or using it roughly, the edges started peeling off within a week, as shown in the pictures. For a product that costs $20, I expected it to last at least a year, but it didn’t even make it past a few days without showing signs of wear. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save your money and look for a more durable option.

I liked this phone grip because it was pretty and magnetic, however, it isnt very comfortable to use. The magnet is strong tough, and otherwise has no issues. Its mainly just a preference thing.

First this is gorgeous! I got lots of compliments for it, even by the Apple Store employee. It’s got a really strong magnet. The problem is that the ring no longer holds its position as a stand. It’s loose. I can only use it to stand my phone upright. I can still use the ring feature holding it in my hand, but it’s annoying that the ring is loose when it put it places. I wouldn’t buy it again.
