As others reviwers have mentioned, this charger feels very warm to the touch when in use, especially if using the phone at the same time. In my opinion, it doesn’t feel hot enough to cause an unwanted fire under normal use away from low flash point substances That said, it attaches easily magnetically, stays attached with some bumping, and charges quickly with my wall charge adapter. I like that I can charge the phone face down, and that seems to make it a bit cooler to touch.I like the charcoal grey colour, and it may seem thicker than some other chargers, but that more likely due to the dome shape. I like the dome shape because it’s easier to know which way it goes on the phone when I’m fumbling in the dark to charge it at my bedside. In the past, I have had great luck with the quality, performance and endurance of Anker products. The quality of this magnetic wireless charger seems no different, so value for money seems fair here. I will continue to use them after this purchase.

A really great charger. Magnets are good and charges quick for a magsafe charger.The only issue is the fact that it gets very hot. If i had to guess its at least 110 degrees. I rarely use it when im holding the phone, but if i do, its very hot and uncomfortable. It also seems to charge slower when it gets hot.

The charging cord works well. It has a nice long cord. The part that attaches to the back of my iPhone gets a little warm while charging. It doesn’t stick firmly to the back of my iPhone 13 case, but then I think my case is not an official Apple MagSafe case. The cord works well with the Anker charging battery I bought in a bundle. My wife can use it with her iPhone 15 which is a big plus.

Very good Anker quality that you would expect! Gets a little warm as expected but the metal housing on the back of the unit does a good job of evenly dissipating the heat. Charges my phone perfectly.

***UPDATE***: the charger still gets hot but I’ve got to give it to Anker’s customer service. I’m so impressed and appreciative at how quickly they responded to my review and how quickly they remedied my grievance. I really do appreciate them reaching out. I’ve always chosen the Anker brand for my electronic accessories and will continue to purchase from Anker. Quality is still great and always does its job. Even if it gets a little toasty. 😂Charges fine but the charger itself gets really hot. Not sure if it’s supposed to do that.. but I can’t buy a new one right now. It works tho.

This Anker MagGo Magnetic Wireless Charger delivers what it promises, that is, charges my iPhone 15 Pro wirelessly and fast, but only on the first two weeks of use upon unboxing. I bought it without the plug because I already have an Anker 20W charger. However, it heats up quickly and the charging slows down drastically, from 20% to about 30% phone battery in about an hour of charging. That's really SLOW compared to plugging my iPhone directly into the USB-C port using the same Anker 20W charger. I suspect it's the heating issue that's causing the slow charging. Nevertheless, this is still a bargain compared to the official Apple magnetic wireless charger, although I can't recommend this product as of writing unless Anker fixes this issue. I wonder if others are experiencing the same issue I'm having, or if it could be just my copy.

If your objective is to prolong battery life by keeping charging temps down, I don't think this is a good option. I love everything about this charger, from its build quality, speed and compactness, but the heat is really discouraging. I wish Anker added some sort of on-board chip that prevents the unit from getting too hot. I might return if my temperature indicator goes to high, because I'm trying to preserve my phone for as long as possible.

The fast charging is fast. Feels solid and well built, I have bought a few of these already. Gets a bit warm though, not bad. Seems like good value.

Fonctionne très bien et permet de manipuler le téléphone normalement. Le câble est assez long. Il chauffe quelque peu en charge mais rien d'inquiétant
