It drops the power supply or the video signal in the middle of my lecture. I have to connect the power cable separately, which beats the purpose of this cable.

So I picked this up and it is on me that I didn't dig that deep on phone compatibility as I have a Note 20 Ultra, and to be fair it is not on the list. The Charging pass thru works when connected to the display BUT the display is not found, so no screen casting. Unplug the charging cable from the Nano the the Display worked just great, Nice picture, I am hoping it might eat battery a bit slower than the other USB C to HDMI adapter I have been using but that is to be determined.I would suggest that addition of an HDMI gender adapter to be included as the monitor maybe used between several devices (Phone, Chromebook, Laptop in my case) as I have a cable to connect to VS the actual device.
