I bought the MEDIUM size. I am 5'4" height, 125 lbs, with a 35.5 inch bust. This shirt is a true-to-fit Medium size. The shirt is a fitted fit, so definitely pay attention to the size guide. This shirt has panels under the arms and a panel on the back that are perforated to make the shirt breezier in the heat. When I had the shirt on, it was NOT see-through, but I took a picture of the shirt holding it up to the light and you can see the perforation really well. I've worn this out in the barn doing chores and I do believe it kept me cooler than my cotton t-shirts. I still sweat buckets, but that's no fault of the shirt; when it's 103 degrees F outside, it's just going to be hot no matter what. It also protected me from sunburn - I'm a long-sleeve believer since I burn so easily. I haven't tossed hay or feed sacks in the shirt yet - so I don't know if it will snag on hay. This shirt is made of a different material than the Ariat SunStopper shirts. This shirt is much smoother, softer and feels silkier against your skin. The Ariat has more of a rugged feel and I have tossed plenty of hay bales with the Ariat shirt, and it has never snagged. Hopefully this Anni Lyn will hold up to the usual barn chores. The best perk to this shirt - is that it's really cute and the print is so fun! I also wore it out to my local farm store to pick up feed, and it's definitely cute! The pictures I have posted with this review are after a couple wears and washes - and it's held up perfectly so far; it still looks new.

Cute equestrian print and style...just wish larger sizes were offered. Its only abit snug so will add side seam inserts for a better fit.

Love this shirt. Buttery soft material and good ventilation. Although I haven’t ridden in extreme heat as of yet, it was very comfortable today. Everyone said it ran small. I wear a medium in everything including Piper UV shirts, so I got a large. It’s a little baggy and the sleeves are just a touch too long, but not too bad. It’s pretty true to size so I’m not sure why everyone’s reviews said it was so small (maybe they are currently wearing the wrong size!?!). Overall a good shirt.

I'm so glad I decided to buy a large although I normally buy medium. It's super cute, runs a little slim, not much stretch.Overall happy with purchase.

Love this print and love the mesh panel in back and underneath the sleeves. Very well made and priced about half the price of similar type sun shirts. But I did take a large in this and I take a medium most of the time.

Love this shirt, protects me from the sun, very comfortable, works great in the heat of the sun, I wash in cool water and hang to dry. Kept it's shape, a great buy and the colors stay true if you wash in cold water

Love the shirt. Bought a small, I’m 5’3, 130 lbs, fit is perfect, light weight ( I live in Florida) excellent quality. Just as nice as those that I pay triple the price for. Don’t hesitate because it’s not in a tack store and outrageously expensive … it is beautiful!

I sized up 2 sizes to a 3X. It still doesn't fit. Looks more like a medium. I love the fabric design though
