Having these pre-sized bags worked really well for sealing a couple steaks in each bag before freezing them for future dinners for my wife and I. The price isn't that bad either. They are very durable and I have used them for the sous vide and they work great for that too.

The only thing I don’t like is as you get toward the center of the roll, it’s a little difficult to manipulate because the edges want to stay rolled. Otherwise, really good product.

Perfetti per le cotture a bassa temperatura (sous vide) I sacchetti sono da tagliare e sigillare a caldo con una macchina apposta per il sottovuoto. La qualità è molto buona: resistono a cottura anche per molte ore proteggendo i cibi e rendendo le cotture perfette e uniformi.
