I used to use the plastic white flag pole holders, but found that after a short while, they did not work smoothly and my flag continued to get wrapped up on the flag pole. even with silicone lubricant, they only worked for a while. eventually they disinigrated and started breaking and cracking.Thes flag pole rings are working perfectly to keep my flag hanging nicely. I did apply some teflon based spray lubricant after finding the flag wrapped around the pole a few times. Since then, no issues at all, despite wind coming in and out from both directions. They look good, are solid , easy to install and work perfectly. 100% Satisfied and I would not buy plastic flag pole rings again!

My nylon rings snapped off due to wind outside my home. These appear to be holding up well. They have several installation options. They are a good deal.

I bought these tovstop the tangling of my flags that occurred for years. They work really good and have done the job. The only thing is if you fly 2 flags as I do leave space between the 2 flags for flying freedom. I had 2 adjust mine and they must be installed correctly to work correctly but they are smooth as silk. I like the adjustability of the hex screws

The old rings were made of nylon and one broke about a year after I bought the metal flagpole. Was gong to buy a whole new flagpole unit until I saw that I could get replacement rings. I choose the aluminum ones cause I thought they would last a long time. I did have some problems with the flag twisting around the pole because the swivel actions was binding up and not turning with the wind. I had to adjust the length between the rings so that the carabiners would hand straight down at a 90 degree angle from the pole when it was held parallel to the ground, and I gave the swivel part a squirt of silicone lubricant and worked it around the entire circle. The flag is hanging perfectly, and no more twisting or knotting of the flag. Love these. Great price, very good quality, so glad I could reuse flagpole instead of dumping it our local landfill. Excellent product. The metal grommets are so much better than the plastic ones that came with my flag pole. PLUS the instructions are actually useful & make sense! Not the garbled English that comes as standard with most imported items. 5/5 for that alone.

So so quality. Thought this was bearing type swivel, it's just punched metal on shaft that spins. We'll see how it holds up. Needed lube.

These flag rings work great. Haven't had my flag tangled since I installed. Make sure to measure pole diameter as there are different sizes.

There is a certain orientation for the installation. This is not written inside anywhere. Be sure to install it properly.
