I had my doubts with my initial purchase, but was quickly won over when I tested these on my nails. These quickly file down rough services (I've used these on my nails and on my plastic miniatures for reference) much quicker, more effective and with more control than metal or sand files. In fact, when you're done with your service it leaves a smooth glossy service that when you run your nail along you can't even see where the sprue was.If sprues bother you, then get these. They're absolutely worth it and blow away all my other files. In fact, I'm looking for bigger files right now that are more pointed to get to it for other miniatures as well.

These produce good filing result. I used them to file off excess nubs when cut off from spruces. They file down smoothly. It isn't quick but isn't slow either. The end result is smooth surface. They are perfect for wet filing.Plastic seems to fill the small groves quick and you need to clean out. Since all of them seem to have the same filing roughness, just pick another one if they fit the same area. Cleaning is easy, just rinse with water and rough off but I found using liquid dish soap works well.I am new to this but since they use groves for roughness then angle of filing has some effect. Overall, they are good for filing down smooth. It would be good if there are any markers for grading of each and description should be clearer. I can almost give this 5 stars but since this missing of grading is a bit misleading, thus a star is discounted.

At first I was hoping these would be a bit narrower for some of the plastic pieces bit the file with the tapered edge works great for getting into small spaces. These make it very difficult to tell where plastic sprues used to be as these files don't leave scratches and leaves the surface very clean looking. I've had these for over a month now and even with regular use they are still going strong.

I'm using these to remove nub-marks/gate-marks from my plastic models. They work great. They remove the offending bits of plastic without damaging the rest of the piece. The files are a little bit small, if I'm being honest. I think I'd prefer if they were more like regular nail-file sized... But that's just because I've got big hands. If you're unfamiliar with glass files - they get dirty as you use them. The filed-off bits of plastic dust will clog up the grooves in the file and they won't work as well. You can use something lightly sticky like masking tape or Blue-Tack to clean them up.

Works as well as my expensive one. Kinda regret buying the expensive one since these exist. The triangle head is extremely useful.

I think the people that are breaking them are either dropping them or having the strength of a million sons, because these are very study and are very good. I recommend pairing it with a microfiber to clean up plastic as it gets guncked up quickly. Otherwise I highly recommend and anyone building gunpla or building minis should buy a set.

Note that these only file in one direction. They do not have a criss cross pattern, only cut at one angle.

Complete as Described But plastic cases for the files are cracked.this does not alter the usability but ruins the storage of the glass fileshence only 3 stars

I normally sand with sponges going all the way to 3000, I bought these to test them out. I find them really decent, you can keep polishing plastic to a near-mirror finish, which is interesting. The more and more you work at it and the lighter you press, the more surfaced it will be. They are a bit big for some 40k based application/sanding, but when you can surface with them they work incredibly well. No idea on longevity yet, but the initial results are great.

Es práctico usar una sola herramienta para quitar las marcas de corte, pero no se quitan al 100% la verdad
