I have thick thighs and my shorts will roll up. This keeps that from happening. It decreases discomfort of thighs rubbing as well. Does not get on clothes. Lasts a long time even in heat.

Quite effective for nipples, underarms and groin area.But only as long as it is not hot weather, as it tends to run away with the sweat within 1-2 hours.

I'm still getting some chafing on my very sweaty long runs but this is the best I've found other than Band-Aids. Maybe I need a better shirt.

Not particularly easy to apply, it’s like a tough deodorant. However, product isn’t horrible, seems to help
