These rods are very sturdy but elegant at the same time. They are a little pricey, but a great compliment to any window. I liked them so much I bought one for my daughters picture window for her new house. They are very easy to mount and comes with all hardware needed.

It is a decent curtain rod. The decorative ends bring a luxurious aspect. The segments are easy to assemble, however, it creates steps that reduce the smoothness when sliding the drapery. Besides, the last segment is slightly thin and doesn't have a tight fit. Fair value for money if you don't mind the inconveniences.

This is my 3rd rod for this window. The window is 5' and I want a minimum of 12" on each side - every other "extendable" rod I have tried has ended up being flimsy, appear to bend and the grommets on the drapery panels would catch at the extension joins...not fun! This rod is exactly as described, multiple rods that connect together to get the right length, continuous diameter and very smooth connections so no grommet catching! I have ordered a 2nd for another window.
