They’re good for what I need, some are loose and just fall open so I’ve thrown those out and others are very hard to open and close but I prefer that for what I’m using them for

I love the product for sorting and grouping vintage keys in my collection, but the hinges in some are too stiff or too loose to close properly. Some won't close at all, others fall open easily. Most are just fine. I'd put the ratio at 80 percent work well, 20 percent too loose and 20 percent too stiff.

I refuse to pay the ridiculous prices for loose leaf binders to store my sheet music. I thought these binder rings were perfect for what I want to do, and they absolutely are. I cut two pieces of cardboard for covers, and punched holes in my music. Works great. The .75" is perfect size, and I was able to put the books together easily. My only problem??? The rings are so hard to open, my fingers are raw. These binder rings work perfectly, but I would suggest some small plyers, which I will need for the next batch. Great buy, though, and the price was right.

These worked great for handouts that flip by attaching the ring at the corner. Rings held together and were brushed so that there were no sharp edges. Great product for my application. Priced right, too.

They work and look okay. The rings are surprisingly small but should do the job. I don't know why, but there were only 98 rings in my package, not 100, and they are just shy of a 0.75" diameter from the outside, so the inner circle of the ring is smaller. But a respectable deal.
