When the product arrived, it was a part that was broken. All I had to do was notify them that a new part came very quickly. I am very pleased. Highly recommend this company. It’s not very often find a company to stand by their product. My grandson loves it.

This was a gift for a family member. The instructions did not match the parts so it was difficult to build. You need more tools than what is listed. The front piece doesn’t lock in so it drags on the floor. If the kiddo didn’t love it so much I would return it. This seller lucked out this time.

Made cheap broke in 10 minutes of use by a child. Not hard use either very dissatisfied with this toy.

The directions that came with it were the wrong ones. The excavator arm just sits in place, nothing to keep it there. It’s just weird. The whole thing is definitely on the smaller side.

Directions say only a screw driver needed implying finger tight on nuts. Took forever to find were the parts fell off. Also not a Prime item so the return cost is on you.

This seemed larger than it is. Recommended age range is listed from 3-6, but I would it's more like 2-4. An average sized 4 yr. old barely fits on it.Our arrived with a broken piece to boot...not impressed.

It’s cheaply made. The scoop is small. They send the wrong directions with it. I would save ur money and buy a different brand. The whole toy is smaller than what its advertised. If my grandson didn’t already see it I would have sent it back.
