I currently drive a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid (Jeffery). My commute to work is pretty far and there were days that I would have to pull over to allow my hybrid battery to recharge just so that I could move. The mechanics I took him to could not diagnose the problem. But once diagnosed and changed, the car works very well and it only took the mechanic about 7 minutes to install!!

The Ford dealer wanted to charge me $300 for this part and $800 for labor ($1200 total after taxes). We bought in on Amazon and removed the old one and installed this one in about 15 mins after watching a YouTube Video.

Easy to install. Car had a rough idle and also it was fluctuating, sometimes it felt like it was going to stall while coming to a stop...Code P2119 came up with a check engine line light...issues have stopped since replacing the throttle body. It has been a week since installation.

Long story short, look at YouTube vids for the procedure. You could have the swap done within 15 minutes - anyone can do it at home!!! Time will tell for quality

Ordered it according to Amazon fitment and it was the exact throttle body for my 2010 Ford Fusion with the 3.0 liter engine. It came with the gasket, so I didn't have to order extra parts
