The heater core in my 1986 F350 failed. I ordered this core based on its appearance and approximate size. When I received it and attempted to install it I discovered that it was slightly too big. Im not blaming the seller for this. I am merely pointing out that you need to measure exactly the dimensions of your old core and/or the heater cavity. Ford apparently made different size heater assemblies for their trucks. My truck has A/C and that could possibly be relevant to the size of the heater core. I returned this core without problems.In regard to this core. It appeared to be a fit, and it was shipped quickly and came undamaged. The heater tubes are NOT soldered or welded to the core. They are a crimped fitting and will rotate. If you're not comfortable with that type of connection, then you might want a different heater core. Overall. It appears to be a good product.

Says it fits a 1982 Ford Bronco with air conditioning but it does not fit my XLT Lariat Bronco. To top of the tank is squared off whereas my Bronco’s heater plenum is tapered at an angle on one corner.

Crimped barley had to press more worked but very cheap quality compared to factory heater core that lasted 36 years

Love how fast this showed up, but disappointed in the packing. Denting of fins in multiple spots due to nothing but a bag as protection with smaller items in box. Photos show dents in fins. May not seem like much, but this can cause leaking on a pressurized cooling system. Don't need this to start spraying on the feet of my passages at temps. Fit seems to be almost perfect and will test run for issues.Going in full size 87 Bronco XLT w/AC.

I bought this for my 86 F150. Product was very easy to install. Product fit very snug so it's not going to bounce around in HVAC box. Inlet and outlet pipes where all bent in correct locations. Nice product and hopefully will last a long time
