This product may have been made in China, but....it is made strong /stiff/and fit perfectly,I did not have to cut any length off like the other hose i bought in the USA . With the recent cold snap in the central states, the old hose collapsed, and caused an eerie noise.There were no nylon cords in the old hose...just pure rubber...very flimsy ...so i had decided to replacethe old hose with this new one , which is thicker, stiffer, and fit perfect.Great hose...built like the old days some 60 years ago...great fit too.al

This hose has the correct inner support and is built correctly. There are other hoses on Amazon that will blow up like a balloon and fail due to the lack of proper construction. If you are looking for this style hose, spend the extra dollar and get this one. It was placed on a 2002 Ford Escape with the V6.

This one has reinforcing cord inside of it. The other one I bought did not and it ballooned up after a few years

Great replacement for a failing power steering hose after 23 years , at this age the power steering pump and hoses were leaking slightly and it's best to replace all the hoses and washers when the pump is replaced . But it worked great and long overdue replacement .

This is a direct fitting reservoir to power steering pump. V6 Ford escape. If it had the clamps in the box it would have been idea. Correct bends and length. No worries

This was a perfect fit for my 2003 Ford Escape 3.0L. Tried to find this part at the local part stores and they told me it was unavailable, but if they could get it, it would be approx. $70. Amazon for the win! Thank you for the great price and quality product!
