Perfect fit. I used the gasket that came with the filter from Autozone instead because it holds the bolts on the pan while I manuever to put it onto the car.

Perfect fit on 2012 Mazda 5. Got a filter at the auto parts store, I didn't realize all the filters come with gaskets, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Been installed for about a month now, no leaks. Make sure you snug up all bolts before tightening so you don’t pitch the gasket and swap your shaving magnet from your old pan.
