I already have the camera bag for my Sony Handycam FDR-AX53 but I also wanted a snug case, just for the camera, that will fit in my purse. I knew from the reviews it was probably too small for this size camcorder, and it was. But I very easily cut out the mesh bag and now it fits perfectly! Exactly what I wanted. It fits in my handbag and also has a little handle to carry separately. Feels very secure.

Using this with a Panasonic HC-V380 camcorder and it fits great with space for an extra battery and memory card. Sometimes you have to guess on sizing and i lucked out on this one. Case itself is tiny (which is what I wanted) and very sturdy.

Case is nice. Everything fits as they show but you have to be very careful to know which side is up when opening or the camera and extra batteries will fall out. This is definitely not meant as a camera bag but more a storage case as described.

I decided to buy a Canon Vixia HF R800 camcorder to record memories to look back on in the future. The camera basically will only be used for celebrations, holidays, and some odds and ends. The structure of this product is firm and protects the camcorder well. It is easy to carry around, and I do not have to worry about it being damaged. It is perfect for this camcorder. It also is not bulky and fits the contents well. I highly recommend this product.

The case is fine and does fit the camera. It might have been nice to be just a tad bit larger. You do need to adjust all the cables "just so" to get the case to close without a struggle. When I put the camera away, its annoying, but when traveling I like that it does not waste much space. This is a great travel case, not a case for repetitive use as in sightseeing. For that I would pick a slightly larger case.
