I have several cloth Aprons that I use on a monthly basis, all of which have considerable stains on them. I am usually able to get most out, but there's a certain dish I cook that ALWAYS stains them. I cook Enchiladas on Holidays and I make my own sauce. This sauce is bright red, and slightly thick. Whenever I make this dish I DEFINITELY have to cover up or my clothing gets destroyed. My Aprons take the brunt and they show it in the end. When I put this Apron on, it was comfortable, the material felt semi waterproof, and the straps were very easy to adjust. The strings are easy to tie a bowtie with and the Apron is well made. I made my enchiladas and this Apron looked like it was attacked by my sauce. I took it off and let it hang for a bit while I tackled another dish for the holiday. By the time I came back to take care of the sauce, I was able to simply wipe it off. I was blown away over how easy it was to clean. Like I said before, This feels semi waterproof, the material is slightly stiff, but not alot, so my sauce could've easily soaked in. NOPE. It just slid right off. I am SO lucky to have this. My other aprons have a chance to bounce back and this one will protect me through it all. The pockets are a great addition and help with holding the inevitable phone, while not in use. I love this apron.

Really pleased with the look and fit of this apron. It has the canvas and leather appearance of a pretty high end apron, but those always need so much more care in washing... Whereas this just goes thru the laundry! It's not actually waxed canvas and animal leather, it's a canvas and polyester blend that repels water without needing wax, and a fake leather that tolerates the washing machine. The straps are long enough that they actually wrap all the way around me so I can tie it in front, but if you have a larger waist it'll probably just tie in the back--with plenty of slack, though, so a quick release bow tie is easy to accomplish. The neck strap is adjustable but it fit me just the way it arrived, and should be nice on pretty much anyone who isn't a giant or a pixie.Love the pockets on this apron! I use it for butchering, so I keep my skinning wedge and a spare knife in one pocket, while my phone (for audiobooks) rides in the other large pocket, and the small pockets hold extra nitrile gloves and a paper towel or two. It would work well for woodworking, too, but I have a leather cut-resistant apron for that, which I don't wear for butchering because it would get gross. With this mostly synthetic apron, I don't have to worry about the mess; it just goes through the wash after I'm done. Easy peasy.
