I am 6 feet 6 inches tall and weigh about 180 pounds. My waist is about 37 inches, and a large size fit very well. Though these shorts are described as relaxed fit, they fit my slender frame well without looking baggy. The 10-inch inseam comes to about 1 to 2 inches from my knee, which is ideal for me. They are comfortable. I have had 1 pair for about a year, and they seem durable. I like having the Velcro pockets, with one being ideal in size and location for my cell phone. The one aspect I would change is the drawstring location, which is in front on the outside. Call me old fashioned, but the drawstring should be inside so that it cannot be seen.

Material seems of reasonable quality. Seem soft and comfortable. Look neat enough for casual summer shorts-acceptable affairs. Even the plastic bag they came suggested upscale product.Functions more like a heavier-material cargo-shorts bathing suit than a pair of shorts. No zipper, no belt loops. Drawstring. (But no lining, as it is not intended to be a bathing suit.)Tying, to me, is more for loose and comfy wear. I tend to use my cargo pockets, and the string is not the best support for loaded shorts. And with retying every time the need occurs, it's hard to find that perfect and comfortable tightness/support on the hips. Belt loops would give the option of using either the string or a belt.I wore them, so I won't be returning them. Fine for empty-pocket casual occasions. If the string/zipper thing doesn't bother you, try them. Four stars for no zipper or loops, string only, but otherwise acceptable/comfortable.

These are pretty good shorts. I purchased 3 pairs before but it was under a different name. They disappeared till now. Found these under a different name but they are exactly the same.The material is not heavy thick like most cargo shorts. It's not too thin to where it will rip but be careful with the draw string pull. The waist band is stretchy but firm. I don't pull them up all the time. They are comfy breathable and I like no zipper. They look good too. 👠They need more colors.

Not sure but I expected more from these shorts. Thin materal is a disappointment. I will not be buying another pair.

Great shorts at a great value. Fit as expected. Very light and breathable. Very comfortable as well. No belt loops for additional hold, but the draw string does its job. Pockets have been holing up so far as well. I usually rip them but these are holding strong. Pictures online match product. They look great

After the very first washing the waistband ripped. There were stitching threads all over my washing machine. Very cheaply made, poor stitching.
