We add this ph Increaser, when needed, to bring our hot tub back to balance. It is easy to use, with clear directions provided on the bottle. Reasonably priced.

AquaDoc has become a well-known name in hot tub maintenance, and their products have consistently delivered quality results for me. I tried this pH increaser liquid last night, and it worked well to raise the pH as expected. Pretty easy to use as I pre-measure the product out into 2oz glass vials ahead of time. For hot tub owners, the value is decent. The 16 oz bottle is appropriately sized for hot tub use, with a recommended dosage of 1 oz per 100 gallons of water. However, considering this is marketed towards hot tub use, those with larger pools would likely need an entire bottle and then some, making it less practical for pool maintenance.Overall, it does the job and aligns with the quality I’ve come to expect from AquaDoc.

I haven't had much of an issue with the pH in my hot tub in the 3 years we've had it, until recently. Over the holidays, we had four of our five adult kids home, and the hot tub got lots more use than usual. The water was suddenly getting cloudy, and the pH was a little high, which can cause that issue. So I used the directed amount of pH Down and thought I was OK. But suddenly the test strips were showing it being way too low, so I ordered this product. So far I've used half the bottle in my 350-gallon tub, with only minimal change to the overall pH. This is my first time using anything like this. Maybe the pH Down product is much more powerful? I only used maybe one or two ounces of that. But now I've had to use about 8 ounces of the pH UP, and I'm still not back to the normal range.Anyway, I'll keep testing and keep adding as directed. But for now it seems like this stuff may not be as concentrated as it should be.

I have been using this brand of PH increaser for about the last year. It came with a seal under the lid which is intact. It has directions on the bottle so you know how much to add for the gallons of water in your hottub. Sometimes it will take a few doses to get it up to the appropriate level. This is not a failure on the products part, but the nature of how it works. all you have to do use is measure appropriate amount and turn on the pump to circulate then test your water an hour or two later. I have learned that aerating the hottub can also increase PH so use both of those "tools" together to achieve the water PH level you want so it doesn't irritate your skin.

Sometimes hot tub care feels like a see saw. The chemicals in the water go up and down. It’s important to have all the chemicals so you can keep the water right where you want it. This aquadoc ph increaser does a great job and raises the ph when it gets too low. I hi have found that keeping the water balanced makes for a much more enjoyable hot tub experience.

I used this several times when my pH was low and it increased it. Dosing was pretty easy to measure as well and I ended up eyeballing it eventually. It's comparable to any other liquid pH increaser. Not much else to say.

I got this PH increaser for the hot tub and it did raise my PH as it should. I have a 400-500 gallon 7 person hot tub, so I used 4-5 ounces at first I believe. I did have to add more later because the PH was so low, but this bottle got it balanced. This seems to be good stuff and will be faster and more concentrated than using baking soda to increase PH, which is what I have used in the past.
