Meet SUSTEE
SUSTEE is a modern, Japanese soil moisture sensor. The blue color indicates that there is enough water in the soil, and the white color indicates that the plant needs watering. SUSTEE features a minimal aesthetic that doesn't take away from the beauty of your plants.
SUSTEE
Color
Has your SUSTEE turned white? That means it is time to water! After watering, the white insert will change to a blue color. This indicates that there is enough water in the soil.
Soil
SUSTEE can be used with almost all plants that grow in soils with a certain level of moisture retention. This includes akadama soil, black earth, bark, coco peat, peat moss, and vermiculite.
Insertion Depth
When inserting SUSTEE, please ensure that the Ω mark found on the stick is entirely covered. Please also make sure that the transpiration opening is visible if the stick is needing to go deeper.
Time
The time it takes to change color will depend on the amount of water given and the water retention level. When using SUSTEE for the first time, please water generously. The small stick takes approximately 3 minutes, the medium 15 minutes, and the large 25 minutes.

Realmente necesitaba algo que me pudiera ayudar a saber cuando era necesari regar mis plantas y realmente esto es una maravilla. Tiene esa pequeña esponja que cuando lo colocas en tu maceta y la riegas mide la hunedad de tu planta se torna color azul cuando necesita agua pues esta color balnco seco. I have a couple of jade plants and received the Aquameters a gift.....I've had them in the plants now for several months and they are flourishing. Feel guilty for all the years they weren't getting proper watering. Have them in all my potted plants now.

This is the 3rd set of Aquameters I've purchased. Some of my original order is still working after 9 mos to a year. I didn't order the replacement cores because the difference between the new aqua meter and the replacements is maybe $0.50. The replacement cores should be cheaper than Sustee charges, but that's my opinion. Add another $5 to my opinion and you can get a cheap cup of coffee.My wife is happy being able to see if her plants need watering. I tend to overwater, so these sticks keep that from happening as well.

Received this in a timely fashion. I put it into a pot that had just been watered and it turned from white to blue. I was very happy. I’m terrible at keeping plants alive. I thought this was a great visual cue to tell me when to water. However, I took it out and it took 3 days before it turned fully back to white. Took a very long time.

These are so helpful and easy to use. They turn blue when wet. I have so many plants and I hate sticking my finger in the soil to see if it’s wet.

I put this little gadget in my Fittonia. If anyone is familiar with fittonias, you know they look fine one minute and and will be slumped over like a drunk the next. I placed this in the pot where I can see it every day and as soon as it turns white I water my plant. So far I've had my plant for 8 months and haven't killed it. Home Run! Plan on ordering more.

Unless you wanna waste your money, I recommend not buying these. They don’t work whatsoever. Plus, if he had to return them like I did, I have had issues with them trying to say I’d never returned them. So since they refunded me already ahead of time now they’re taking my money back. I bought several of these different sizes and they suck. I highly do not recommend them at all through a waste of money.

So far so good. I have these for my plants and so far they are still alive and healthy. I guess, the readings for the water time are pretty accurate. I got this because it’s Japan technology and I believe with Japan technologies.
