NEAT stands by its product, and the customer support they provide is exceptional. I've had questions that are sometimes silly and even years after my purchase they are happy to help almost immediately. I got a response once within 10 minutes! Their support team has been prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.Quieter than the Alternatives:Compared to other heating options out there that sound like jet engines, hint hint, the AquaPad is a whisper in the night. You have to really TRY to hear it and even then ... its nearly silent. Good luck with a decibel meter. It is probably like 2db.I have shared the love:Personally, I couldn't keep this gem to myself. I've happily shared my experience with friends and family. Over 20 of them have purchased one, and without exception, they absolutely love it. It's a testament to the AquaPad's outstanding performance and appeal. I have also purchased a few of them for people. My older parents LOVE this thing! Especially during winter in the north east. Seriously it is a game changer.Bonus points:One delightful surprise I discovered is taking it camping!!! With a small inverter or a battery bank, you're all set for cozy nights under the stars and it was AWESOME!Buy it! I am so happy with the quality and Customer Care of this product, I'd give it 10 stars if they let me!Engineering of the pad and unit are well thought out, durable and safe. The fabric is luxurious to the touch and the tubing where it connects to the pad AND unit is well secured.The unique heat-circulated-by-water is so much healthier than having electric heat directly on your person. It is evenly distributed and constant heat. A win-win in my opinion.After using this for several years and recommending to many family and friends my sister discovered that if you LOWER the temperature (for me it’s around 77 Degrees) it ELIMINATES HOT FLASHES! Because it stays at a constant temp of 77 Degrees, when my internal furnace kicks in to high gear, the mattress pad literally absorbs and pulls the heat away from me. Allowing me an uninterrupted night’s sleep. AMAZING, and it WORKS!!Customer Service is incredible too. I’ve had my first unit (I have multiple units, one for each bed) for almost three years now. Last week my robovac hooked the cord of the heating unit and pulled it off the dresser. It was not functioning. I called customer service to see if I could purchase just the heating unit and not the pad, as my pad is still in working order. Leena was so incredibly helpful and understanding. She replaced the unit (even though it was MY FAULT) at no charge. She took the time out of her day to make a special trip to the shipping carrier to get it on its way to me the same day we talked. She was fully invested in Customer Care and satisfaction which is so hard to find anymore. And that was just icing on the cake, as this product is such a gem all on its own!I highly recommend!!

Summary: this blanket works really well, and customer support is great.We purchased a full-size Aquapad because we were looking for a heated blanket that doesn't emit EMF radiation like an electric blanket. We weren't able to test the blanket for about 8 months — and when we finally did, we found that the main unit was faulty; it didn't pump water. We contacted the company, and they promptly sent us a new main unit free of charge with no questions asked.When we finally got around to testing the new main unit (remember to always use distilled water), we found that it worked great. The temperature settings go from something like 50 to 149 degrees. When set at less than 100 degrees, it was pretty much useless, but when we cranked it all the way up to 149 it was more than hot enough. After laying on it for about 10 minutes, we had to turn it down to 125 or 130. My wife gets chilly often, and she absolutely loved it.The thing is, we purchased this blanket for winter tent camping, thinking it would use less power than an electric blanket, which typically lasts about 6-7 hours on a medium-high setting running off our fully charged 500Wh Goal Zero battery. In contrast, this blanket only lasted about 2 1/2 hours on battery; it used only 6 watts (close to nothing) most of the time but cranked up to 300+ watts when it was heating or pumping. Not ideal for camping unless you're at an electric site.We contacted the company again, and again they responded very quickly. We told them our situation — that the blanket was working great, but it wouldn't work for our application — and despite the fact that this was nearly a year after initial purchase, they offered us a full refund since we weren't able to test the blanket for most of that year.I sleep hot, so I wouldn't use one of these at home, but my wife liked it so much that she's planning to purchase one in the single/twin size for use on her side of the bed. Overall I was impressed by the unit, which is super quiet and heats well, and even more impressed by the company's customer service. I wish more companies operated this way. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from Aquapad again. Great product, awesome company.

Imagine being warm and cozy in bed sleeping in on a Saturday morning, well this makes it feel like that all the time while never making you too hot.Also I have a cat and she hasn't wrecked it yet so good durability.

Everything seems okay but the plastic water holder was damaged in many different areas. We tried to contact the manufacturer but couldn't find the contact info on google or amazon. We just want a replacement for the white part.
