I do water aerobics 3-5x weekly. I started using these about a month ago. The wrist opening is very small, but they fit me very well otherwise. They do increase resistance. My issue is that after a month of use, tiny holes have started to develop at the seams. I’m definitely not reordering and wish I could return them, but it’s been too long so I’m just going to throw them away, sadly.
