First of all this wand isn't for everyone, it is pretty heavy. If you have any back problems what so ever, do not use this wand.I bought this wand because I was going to paint my 2 story house. This wand made the cleaning process 10 times easier. Its a little hard to get use to, but once I was up and running, I pressure washed the entire house in about 2 hours.Other reviews said that its not that great and breaks easily, but I found this wand to be of very well made construction, nothing about this wand struck me as "cheap". It comes with everything you need to attache it to your existing pressure washer.I used as wide a tip as I had so that if I accidentally got the tip too close to the house it wouldn't blast a hole in the siding and it worked great!I don't think you can use this on the low pressure electric pressure washers, but then again I didn't try. But with the wand alone costing more than what electric pressure washers cost, I don't think many people consider that anyway.While I was at it, I bought a gutter cleaner attachment and it attaches easily to the end of this wand. It works great for cleaning gutters on 2 story houses! Now I don't have to climb up and risk life and limb cleaning the gutters!I highly recommend this wand to anyone with a 2 story house.

(I've never used one of these things before, so I have no basis for comparison to anything.) We have a 3-story home with a deck at the 2nd level. The roof is waaaaaay too steep and high for me to climb onto and I'd only ask my husband to do so if I was really pissed and ready to collect on his life insurance. But after our roof was replaced, last month, the rain coming off the roof started overflowing the gutters and not going down the downspout. I borrowed my kid's handy dandy drone, flew it up there to get a better look and saw a bunch of black junk in the gutters. So, by extending this pole all the way, attaching a u-shaped thingamajig to the end of it and hooking it up to our power washer, I was able to get water up into the gutter and clear out a bunch of the roofing gravel our crappy roofers left behind that was clogging things up. But HOLY COW is this pole wobbly when it's fully extended. It took both me and my teenaged daughter to wrangle this thing up to the gutter and get the u-shaped nozzle thingy hooked over the edge to blow the gravel out of the gutters. There's no way I could have done it, by myself. So, I'm taking one star off for wobbliness, as there was no mention that using it might be a 2-person thing. But that might be just how these things work. So, if you're a big, strong dude and used to working with 18' poles that weight a ton and wobble like a drunken sailor on his first night of shore-leave, then you can ignore the missing star. This is right up your alley.

This is a great, sturdy extension wand for my 3500psi Ryobi pressure washer. Holding the wand in your hands, you can really feel that this is a quality wand and I was quite impressed.It extends far enough for me to clean out my 2-story gutters and to wash 2nd-story brick and fascia board. I couple this wand with the Powerfit PF31052 to clean gutters and it is very effective.You do have to be reasonably strong to use this because it can get away from you if you are weak with it extended beyond 20 feet. Remember, torque = force x distance. While force from your pressure washer will be constant, the distance will create a torque where it is easy to lose control.

My son is a very big guy and he found this wand to be cumbersome. As he put it, at full extension it was like trying to stand a cooked noodle on end. It's heavy, the trigger is awkward, and the quick connect fitting at the top makes keeping your tip in the correct position difficult. I would have liked to say, as many people did, that this wand works really well at half extension, but I cannot, for it is far too heavy to justify a reach of only 12 feet. I think people try to justify keeping a bad product because they don't want to go through the hassle of returning it. And in this case, you not only have to pay the shipping to get it back to them, but you also have to pay the shipping in the first place. It almost makes you want to say "it works pretty good at half extension," and keep it.

First of all, we received this 24' Heavy-Duty Telescoping Extension Wand from PRI Industries, Inc. in 3 days - SUPER FAST shipping - especially when we didn't expect it for 7-10 days! The wand was much sturdier than I expected, and we've had absolutely no problems using it. I read all of the reviews first, and was able to obtain some great tips. First, don't tighten the extensions too tight (the pressure of the water will hold them in place) or they can be very hard to unscrew. Second, always turn off the water or pressure washer before changing nozzle tips or positions and before changing the length of the wand - it's much easier to work with when the wand isn't filled with pressurized water.When in use, the wand is VERY heavy and much easier to handle if you lean it toward the house and let the water hold it up. We didn't buy the belt because several reviews said they were cheap and didn't work that well, but we are thinking about buying the wheel base to move it around more easily. My husband, who has severe back problems, was able to use it for about an hour without too much trouble or pain.It did a great job on our old (aluminum sided) two-story house and no one had to climb a ladder. The price is also very reasonable compared to the same wand on other sites. I am extremely pleased with both the company and the product, and would recommend it to anyone.

Great product, but requires a bit of skill and strength to use. It cleaned my second story gutters amazingly well and was relatively easy to use, despite being huge and blowing like a witch on a broomstick holding a spewing fire hydrant.Was it worth it? Yes. Although I didn't enjoy the dirt storm that rained down upon me from two stories up. I'm still fishing pine needles out of my hair. Anyway, if you want clean gutters, go for it!
