Buy a ARC ! This burner really burns clean and puts out the heat. Best I’ve seen for the price. Very stable, stand is built out of stainless. My 5 gallon pot of water fits easily and boils rapidly for cooking low country boil.This seller was really fast.Thanks

I use this mostly with my 21" wok and it is very effective. I don't like to wok cook inside the house so a set-up like this outside is perfect. The burner frame assembled very easily: they even included tools (crappy but adequate) to do the job. It is vastly better (and quieter) than my "Bayou Classic" burner that I've used for years. It's basically the same as my "Gas One" that I use in Maine for cooking lobsters, but the frame being stainless steel is worth the few extra bucks for me.

I bought this for deep frying turkeys and steaming lobster. Setup was easy. It worked perfectly. The stand is sturdy with four legs and I like the square design. It has a large top grate suitable for big pots. The control adjusted the flame well and kept the peanut oil temperature spot on throughout the forty five minute cooking time. Other reviews mentioned that the finish turned black or took the “paint off right away. This is normal due to the heat it is exposed to and has nothing to do with performance. (Think black carbon on a metal pot used over an open flame campfire. I recommend this burner.

Probably the most sturdy burner I've seen. It's awesome! 50 lbs of fried pork over 3 hours no problem. Got a cazo? You like carnitas? Get this!
