Arcadia lights are so hard to find and this listing didn't have a lot of reviews, but I knew this light was what I wanted for my baby bearded dragon. The original shipment arrived a day earlier than quoted which was a pleasant surprise. There was a small issue with my order. But I contacted Reptile Basics customer service and they solved the problem super quick. The light looks great and my bearded dragon is very happy! I will definitely be buying off this sellers website in the future!

I will never buy a uvb/uva Arcadia light n fixture again from Amazon! Sorry Amazon. My light came broken, n the light fixture was bent to hell! I felt bad for the guy who was selling them on Amazon! I had to contact him to let him know why I wanted to return the permanently broken fixture and light. Guy said it had happen several times. Amazon packaging 📦 is horrible, right? Yeppers, it's a hit r miss with their packaging. I ended up buying the Arcadia Luminze fixure n uvb/uva light at Talis. Cost more but wow it's worth it. You can bluetooth it to ur phone by an app, n set it up, r use their time set up. Works more like natural Sun. It gradually comes on in the morning, n gradually goes down n off in the evening, much more brighter during the day too! No more BAM LIGHTS ON N OFF for my bearded dragon 😃ðŸ˜. She loves her new light. Buy this light and fixture somewhere else. A place where they pack it more carefully. At times I get a little item in a bigger box with a bunch of paper around the item, r I get bleach n hair care products together! Y'all understand.
