The mirror is exactly as described—great quality, clear reflection, and well-packaged to prevent damage. But what truly impressed me was the Amazon delivery man. I had issues with the security code three times, yet he remained incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. I love the mirror and ordered two of them but the wall brackets to hang them are uneven and not level on both of them which makes it hard to hang on the wall level

Made cheaply and the photos completely deceive you in size. Photos look much better, larger and made out of better products than the thing that arrived.
