The Arctic Air ACP8SQ compact refrigerated countertop prep rail unit comes with eight sixth-size pans and covers. Its capillary tube refrigeration system is self-contained, and its temperature range is 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability and corrosion resistance, the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. Its plastic feet protect countertops from getting scraped. This unit uses R600a hydrocarbon gas. This piece of equipment is constructed with a coldwall heat exchange system, and it doesn't have an on/off switch. The prep table must be de-energized in order to defrost. Its back row is 6 inches deep, while its front row is 4 inches deep. Operators can use the table to prep sandwiches, salads, and more.

This countertop fridge works great keeps food realy cold i love it so far. Plus it comes with the containers so you dont have to buy them separately.

Not sure what the deal with this unit is, but there is no way to turn down the temp and it freezes everything in it solid. Very dissapointed as it is ruining our prep food.
