Had a difficult car job, transverse v6 engine and this set perfectly suited the weekend project. Space was tight and either my hand fit or my eye, not both. So I put on the socket and "set" an angle and felt blindly for the bolt. I had just enough play to place the socket on(did not flop around) and it was still strong enough to really torque the bolt(s) off. If space was even tighter I used the 1/4 inch.

Theses are very well made universals. I had my impact connected to it trying to get some exhaust bolts off. I hammered at it for about 5 minutes straight. Finally the bolt just rung off and the universal was in perfect shape. I would recommend to a friend.
