I love my Sayl chair and have had it for ~ten years. Using it every day WFH eventually broke down the armrests. These were perfect replacements.

Looks exactly like they're original and it was easy to install. I only wish I could have bought just one. I only needed a replacement for the left side, but I'll hold on to the right side for the future.

The original HM armrests split around the edges. These replacements look like new and feel a little sturdier, perhaps. Time will tell.

For such an expensive chair, the original arm pads were flimsy and cheap. The ends of my pads cracked and then eventually tore. These pads feel a bit harder, but for me, that's a good thing. I don't see the issue I had with the original pads happening again, and if it does... I know where to go to get my replacements. So happy I found these!
