I got them for my boyfriend who work doing all kind of stuff and he said they look like sock but they work really good at protecting his arm they don't roll up on him and stay on and r really Stretchy

I bought these sleeves because at my age, 65, my skin is getting ‘thinner.’ Our puppy has sharp claws that were just tearing my forearms up. (Even with his claws being trimmed). Lots of scabs etc. made me embarrassed to wear short sleeves out. With these, none of that happens anymore. They are thick and a little warm but worth every penny.
