I got the Mr. and Mrs. stencils for a wedding, and the first thing I would like to say is that the letters are really really small, so if you are getting this for someone with a long last name think twice as they may not fit in the window provided. I am an etching hobbiest, so I am not an expert in the area, but I think I have done enough glasses to say that I am somewhere between competent and proficient at the skill of etching (I have done about 100-150 glasses). I found this little letters and numbers annoying and difficult to use, but it was still fun and the glasses came out wonderful. I mixed and matched some sets, so there are some letters/designs in the image that I am attaching that are not from this set.On the front of the glass I used this stencil sets' 3 large stencils (i intentionally avoided the doves) and the letters for the name (5 letters/8 date characters (the dashes are small and = about 1/2 a character width)) - takes most of the space, but you could probably stretch the space to about 9, but I wouldn't attempt it) and few other stencil packs and I etched with Amour Etching Cream.The glasses came out AMAZING!! They were worth the difficulty.
