These are great replacements on my LS3 Camaro. My headers have the 3/8 flange, which is what the description is saying, not that it's a 3/8 bolt...they are definitely m8 x 1.25 x 30mm bolts. With the 3/8 flange and using the washer, you get about 17.5mm of threads into the heads. You'll need a 12 point 10mm socket for these.

I ordered these prior to having shop install long tube headers on my GTO. During the install the OEM header bolts which have never been removed in over 135,000 miles were extremely difficult for my the mechanic to remove. The head actually sheared off of one bolt requiring another hour of labor to remove by welding on a nut. I was extremely glad I left this job to a shop to handle. Moving forward having a good set of stainless bolts is more than worth the price to avoid any future issues with removing and installing headers.

I could have used the OEM steel bolts but they would look ugly on the nice new headers.

Among the best bolts there are which are easily available to a consumer. Also, I appreciate that ARP includes washers with their bolts.

Always been pleased with ARP BOLTS but these were TOO LONG FOR LS3 KOOKS HEADERS (3/8" FLANGE).

The label clearly says “3/8†but the bolts were “5/16â€.I Thought the holes were stripped. Had to return them. ARP, you cost me a lot of time and money! A total waste of time!
