ARRIS premium quality carbon fibre sheet manufactured using 100% high-strength carbon fibre reinforcement and epoxy resin with a smooth, glossy, cosmetic quality carbon fibre finish on both sides.
Suitable for a huge range of structural and cosmetic applications within motorsport, marine, shopfitting, exhibitions, automation, medical, scientific and many more.
- Lightweight : Carbon fiber is 5 times lighter than steel (ASTM-A1008) and almost 2 times lighter than aluminum when comparing similar sized pieces.
- High Strength & Stiffness : Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) has the highest specific strength and modulus (stiffness) per density compared to metal, plastic and wood.
- Low Thermal Expansion: When metal is exposed to heat, it will expand and weaken which can cause issues and possible failure of the part. Carbon fiber has low thermal expansion.
- Low Thermal Conductivity: Metal acts as a conductor, aluminum more than steel, which can transmit or radiate heat to its surroundings and cause heat soak. Carbon fiber has low thermal conductivity.

Each roll of carbon fiber fabric is hemmed with thread to prevent it from becoming loose and unusable upon delivery. At the same time, it also avoids the situation where some sellers use tape to sew the edges, rendering the edges unusable.
Cut Easily with Standard Scissors
To achieve a clean cut, all you need is a sharp pair of scissors. Be careful not to drag the fibers while cutting and let the scissors do the work. Alternatively, a rotary cutter can also be utilized.

I normally use carbon cloth for R/C projects: building aircraft, drones and other projects. This was my first time buying this material from Amazon. I have bought other r/c parts and products From Arris before and their quality is always great and this was no different. The carbon cloth arrive extremely well packaged. It was double packed and then rolled up and divided by a soft foam layer. The ends were taped down before being cut- so there was no fraying or splitting of the fibers. The cloth is dense and is a high quality, not like some other CF cloth I have purchased. Bravo ARRIS!

I’m very pleased with the quality of this carbon fiber fabric. The weaving is tight and symmetrical, very bold and has a higher gloss to it. I used it on my snowmobile hood to patch a few cracks and it turned out great. Very strong and light weight.
