I haven't had any problems with wobble with these inserts and they are easy to pull out of targets! They are pretty light, so if you are looking to increase your FOC these might not be your choice unless you have a pretty heavy field tip/broadhead. But with a 4mm arrow you should be fine with these inserts since your arrow will most likely be light in the first place. Im most likely going to buy these again.

Make sure you are using 4mm or 166 inner diamter and these fit perfectly and are easy to install. Make sure you let the clue or resin cure befoire you start shooting
