Good synthetic grass rug. It's laid out on the lawn to cover up mud until we can grow grass. The dogs are ok with it. One refuses to do his duty on it and will avoid stepping on the synthetic rug. I guess he doesn't like how it feels on his paws. The others are fine with it and treat it like normal grass. I like pretending we have grass.The artificial turf is held down by lawn staples. Looks nice right now. Only time will tell how well it handles the summer sun and whether the green will fade.

We ordered this in hopes of creating a potty area on our balcony for our new puppy, placing a Bark Potty pee pad atop the artificial turf, but he was more interested in sunbathing on the cute patch of faux greenery than peeing on it. This ultimately worked out fine for us since we realized that repeated pee and poop on the balcony wouldn’t make it the most pleasant place to hang out, even if we did regularly clean it. But the turf lends such a cute, fresh look to the balcony that we plan to leave it there and use it in lieu of a regular outdoor rug. 4x7’ is a great size. The turf is a little on the thin side but looks natural and lush. After the winds and rain there are some loose strands along the edges, but they are easy to trim off, and I plan to remove it before the wet season really kicks in so that it doesn’t get any more weathered. The artificial grass actually lays flatter than it shows in my photo, but I had just replaced it after drying it out after a day of rain.

I love this artificial grass. No more mowing the lawn and no more pest. This grass is absolutely beautiful. It’s made of four different color fibers to give it that beautiful natural look. It has olive and dark green straight strands, it also has beige and dark green curly strands. The fibers are stitched in neatly and securely. The artificial turf has a rubber backing with a nice amount of drainage holes. My children and my dog love to spend time outside laying in the grass. It’s absolutely beautiful and it was super easy to install, I watched YouTube tutorials for inspiration and instruction.

The grass carpet was advertized at .8" high which is just over 3/4". I hardly gets to 1/2" when fluffed up. I am a little disapointed but will manage.

I have a townhome that really needs and severely lacks a lot of access to outdoor greenery. I usually get fake plants to help bring year-round greenery into my house that will never die. I've owned some grass before, but I've usually found it unrealistic. In terms of realism, this one totally fits the bill. I would say that the edges are a little rough, and not as realistic (or maybe they just look a little sloppy), but I was able to cover those on my balcony so that it looks really nice and realistic at the same time. In terms of thickness, you should know this is not meant to be a plus rug, this is more about an atheistic rather than to replace an outdoor rug, for example. It is pretty thin, the thickness comes in under an inch for reference, so walking on it barefoot doesn't feel like normal grass, but it looks real, which is what I wanted it for.There is no odor in receiving it, which is nice and it fit perfectly on my balcony. if you need to make modifications to it's size, I don't know that I would suggest chopping it up too much, as the edges are already a little less-expensive looking. But for looks, definitely recommend!

I ordered a 4'x7' carpet and received a 4' X 6', big difference! The strings were already fraying at the ends, and the artificial grass was falling off as soon as I unwrapped it. Very disappointed! Thank goodness for Amazon customer service today assisting me with my refund!
