Good quality. Good quality color finish. Added flare to my dessert table setting. Good purchase for photo/poster holder. Not sure how sturdy it would be for actual plates.

I ordered these decorative holders to display a small demitasse cup on a bookshelf. This came as a pair. Nice gold-colored metal, holds the saucer perfectly upright, and I placed the cup in front. The other stand I used for a plexiglass ornamental tile. These were reasonably priced and exactly what I required. Not flimsy at all.

I really like these and the only reason I can't give a 5 rating is because they tend not to stay wide open and thus stable - especially if touched or moved at all. Works great in a spot where they won't be touched at all. Be sure to buy the largest size indicated for the height of your artwork because they are not super sturdy so smaller than indicated won't hold your artwork. They work well for me (if I never move them) and you can barely see them, which is what I prefer.

It's pretty but it's not very stable and is lightweight. If you put something with an irregular edge on it, it closes. I had to tie it with gold wire, which luckily I had, so it would stay open and I could put the plate on it.

I ordered these for an event, these were sturdy & definitely gold - not off colored / as you can utilize to hold pictures, a recipe page , book , etc multiple uses & inexpensive

These are exactly as described. They open "up to" the widest dimension, therefore more of a range. A smaller width heavier item may not work as it will push the stand to its widest opening and may not securely hold the item. They are not a "fixed" width but rather a range. The gold is a nice finish.
