I haven't had it long enough to test things like a microphone with the built-in effects, or output to an amp, but right from the start, this thing has no business being this good for so cheap! My Yamaha drum module decided to stop working on the Aux input, and the headphone output got flaky, and I didn't want to have to hold onto the plug with one hand and play with the other, so I needed something to plug my MP3 player and electronic drums into, along with headphone output so that I could play along silently without bothering the house, and this thing delivers! The only thing preventing 5 stars is having to pull out the 1/8" cable for the MP3 player slightly, or vocals went missing. I think it's because it's a stereo cable, and I believe this mixer's input for the Aux was intended to use the style of cable to use a mic/headphone combo like you would use for gaming, which has an extra "ring" on the plug, but that's minor compared to the power and flexibility this offers...........bang for the buck and then some!

Too good for a product under 50 dollar. Just as good if not better than my Yamaha MG6 that cost 3X more.

The audio sounds ok and has Phantom Power right on the money. I hooked up my TLM103 and was happy with the sound. Don't expect to adjust frequencies much with this as it only has equalization for high and low frequency. It doesn't mention what frequencies the "high" and "low" primarily target either. The best thing would be to leave them all at 0 and then edit any of the frequencies post-process digitally.The DSP's aren't anything too amazing but it's a nice selection though I wish they would have included a table describing the effects somewhere on the device.The biggest issue I have with this unit is I was unable to hook it up to my computer via USB. The manual states you can connect it to your computer via USB, the unit will display "PC" and will connect with your desktop to record audio via an ADC.Every time I connected a usb cable to it and my machine I was greeted with a brief "Hi-Fi" wording then "NO" on the mixer display. The computer would not recognize the unit and the unit doesn't appear to recognize the PC connection. I tried several cables and nothing worked.I would have found this much more useful if the USB connection worked as expected. I could have used this as a A/D converter for a secondary connection to my PC. If it requires a special connection or special instructions that should be included. USB is backwards compatible so it should work. If I ever should be able to figure out the issue I'll update my review.

Very good, compact, and economical mixer, excellent for practicing at home. I use it to connect 3 direct boxes via XLR, two of them working in stereo, so even though it doesn’t have a pan knob, the stereo switch is enough for me.The effects are fine, but there are a lot of them, and some are very similar, and the knobs to modify them don’t seem to do much on most presets.One downside is that the USB stick recording quality is very poor, with the sound being so compressed that the highs get distorted. Honestly, it’s not usable even as a backup. It's a shame because one of the reasons I bought this mixer was to be able to quickly record small demos and ideas.Also I buy the cable to connect to the computer, and it worked immediately without any issues. The computer recognizes it as a generic audio device with a stereo audio input and a stereo output as well. The audio recording quality is completely acceptable and usable. However, there is no way to select which channels to send to the computer; the entire master channel goes to the computer, so it cannot be used, for example, to connect a microphone and make a call or video call, since the other person's audio will come out through the mixer and go back in, creating a loop. Similarly, when recording with a background track, it will re-enter, creating a loop. This is why its use is very limited.In summary, a very good mixer as long as you don’t need to do USB recordings.

Liked everything about this mixer. Bought to use for singing with iPad backing tracks. Not done long term test but I have tested a lot of the features and this mixer excels at everything I asked of it. Connected up to quality speakers and operation is quiet with no sound distortion or hum with good sounding output in all respects. Sound fx unit has plenty of settings and ones I have tried sounded good. Bluetooth connection is quick, easy and consistent. There are also many features on this mixer not found on other more expensive mixers , in example, a footswitch jack/socket to connect a footswitch to operate on/off of reverb effects unit. Can only praise highly the manufacturer of this unit, it has more features and higher quality than mixers of four or five times the cost. There might be some extra features that might be desired but as of yet, none that are missing that I would feel are necessary. I can find nothing to criticise at all and look forward to using this mixer
